margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Schedule daily assignments for the field technician roster.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Communicate with clients and contractors to provide excellent service and prompt responses to testing and scheduling requests.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Review field and laboratory testing reports, including compaction testing reports, subgrade review reports, daily concrete compressive strength reports, aggregate laboratory testing reports, and related documentation.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Supervise laboratory technicians in completing their daily responsibilities, such as testing concrete cylinders, performing grain size analyses, conducting Proctor tests, and other required procedures.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Assist with calibrations and safety checks for field and laboratory equipment.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Troubleshoot project site issues and provide technical guidance to field staff.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Attend staff meetings and project site meetings as required.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and municipal personnel.</span></span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>What your experience looks like</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Civil Engineering Technician/Technology diploma from a recognized technical college, or equivalent experience; a Bachelor’s degree in Science/Geology is considered an asset.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in a geotechnical materials testing environment.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Working knowledge of MTO, CSA, CCIL, and ASTM procedures is considered an asset.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">CCIL certifications in concrete (field and lab) and aggregates (lab) are considered an asset.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites throughout Southern Ontario.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;
