    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p>Primary Purpose of Position:<br>This position is responsible for coordinating materials needed for each work unit, packaging decks and monitoring the production line for potential problems or issues. A Floorperson is also responsible for transfer of materials into and out of the work cell.</p><p>3rd shift hours are Sunday - Thursday 10:45 pm to 6:45 am</p><p><br>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:<br>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Review with lead person work to be performed<br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Review the work orders to determine materials required for the daily production<br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Coordinate material requirements and ensure all necessary materials are available<br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintain a neat and orderly work area<br>5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Make minor adjustments to the machine in absence of an adjuster<br>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Maintains the production board and production reports<br>7. &nbsp; &nbsp;Monitors personnel in the unit to ensure adequate numbers for production, schedules breaks and notifies the lead person or supervisor of any personnel issues<br>8. &nbsp; &nbsp;Assist or stand-in team members as needed<br>9. &nbsp; &nbsp;Prepares product for shipment by picking &amp; packing orders via SAP transactions.</p><p>Basic Qualifications:<br>Knowledge<br>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Minimum 1 to 3 years of work experience<br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;High School diploma or equivalent work experience<br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Basic computer skills and able to work with SAP<br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Good communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p><br>Skills<br>1. &nbsp; &nbsp;Self-directed and able to safely work at a pace that meets or exceeds the departmental standards<br>2. &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to read, understand and follow written instructions in English<br>3. &nbsp; &nbsp;Able to perform basic math functions<br>4. &nbsp; &nbsp;Team-oriented, has excellent attendance, and professional communication skills<br>5. &nbsp; &nbsp;Strong attention to detail<br>6. &nbsp; &nbsp;Can work flexible hours with minimal notice<br>7. &nbsp; &nbsp;Ability to operate an electric pallet jack on a regular basis.
