          "text": "<p><strong>WHAT'S THE JOB?</strong></p><p>The dishwasher is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. This includes operating dishwashing machines, manually washing items as needed, organizing clean dishes, and ensuring the kitchen keeps a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by following proper sanitation procedures.&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>This is a short-term contract between June-August, requiring the individual to remain at the lodge for the full duration.</u>&#xa0;All travel, accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages are provided.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Operating dishwashing machines and manually washing items as needed</li><li>Organizing clean dishes, and ensuring the kitchen keeps a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene by following proper sanitation procedures</li><li>Adhering&#xa0;to all food safety standards, ensuring proper handling, storage or chemicals and equipment</li><li>Handling delicate items, such as glassware and utensils</li><li>Disposing of all garbage, cardboard and recyclables as required</li><li>Reading gauges and chemical test strips, and record the information accurately</li><li>Assisting with kitchen prep during periods where no dishes are accumulated</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><ul><li>Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs</li><li>Climb ladders and stairs</li><li>Stand, walk, squat, kneel or sit according to task for extended lengths of time</li><li>Perform repetitive hand work requiring full use of both hands</li><li>Work with arms above shoulder height</li></ul>",

You may be required to work nights, weekdays, weekends, and general holidays.
