    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Life Enrichment Assistant in Memory Care @ The Cardinal at North Hills</strong> provides exemplary service to residents through presenting classes and instruction, coordinating events, and assisting with transportation as needed.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: Part Time | Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 5pm (every weekend)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range $19/hr - $21/hr</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Paid Vacation / </strong><strong>Free Meal each shift</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia is a requirement**</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote and monitor resident attendance and participation in all Wellness programs</li>\n <li>Teach and facilitate programs as appropriate</li>\n <li>Create a calendar or programs for the residents.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with the other Heirloom Life Enrichment Associate for program planning</li>\n <li>Assist in setting up Wellness and community events</li>\n <li> </li>\n <li><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Bring a smile to work every day</li>\n <li>Be a great team player</li>\n <li>High school graduate, Associate degree preferred</li>\n <li>Experience working in Memory Care or with people who have Dementia</li>\n <li>One to two years of experience in wellness programs (preferably with seniors)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>First Aid Certification (helpful but we can assist)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
