Assist Quality Control Manager with daily operational responsibilities. Conduct Environmental Analysis, SOP, SSOP, Glass Policy, Allergen Program &amp; HACCP checks while complying with Food Safety Programs (Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP), SOP, SSOP and HACCP, as applies) and maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Responsible for Food Defense</p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">Assist Quality Control Manager by conducting daily tasks per procedures and / or make judgments on the acceptability of the raw and finished products and enforces quality standards</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Checks raw materials and finished products organoleptically and scientifically (micro, moisture, etc.) according to product specification&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Adjusts and compares flavors and colors of new products against recent retains of no more than 6 months old&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Determines the quality or stability of products in stock and returned goods through routine QC testing (may involve sampling)</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Execute Quality Assurance programs by processing GMP, SOP, SSOP and HACCP Programs related to the Laboratory and Production areas&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Quality Control Information Data Entry, Filing &amp; Organization&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Maintenance of Quality Control Reference Samples (Organization &amp; Updating)&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Maintain a weekly log of temperature check of refrigerators and incubators&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Perform any other duties as requested by Management</li><li dir=\"auto\">&nbsp;Performs other Customer Service, Sales or Purchasing duties as needed</li></ul><p><strong><ins>Education and Preferred Experience&nbsp;</ins></strong></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\">B.S. in Food Science/Chemistry or related field preferred</li><li dir=\"auto\">Basic practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
