    "description": "<p>The Content Author Lead (CAL) is responsible for designing templates and components, performing peer reviews, developing technical documentation and becomes a key contributor in their team and project. A Content Author Lead acts as a technical leader in projects, ensuring that the team maintains high levels of performance, and builds and strengthens the relationship with the client. The CAL will work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>You Will<br></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Debugs or troubleshoots complex or critical issues that cannot be handled by junior positions and provides root cause analysis.</li>\n<li>Owns content release activities, including but not limited to reviewing code changes, client demos, QA hand-offs, and presenting solutions and justifications for tasks.</li>\n<li>Mentor and enforce guidelines and best practices for the designated team</li>\n<li>Helps coordinate the team’s technical communication with other groups such as Creative, Business and Management.</li>\n<li>Responsible to setup regular one-on-one meetings to provide coaching, feedback, career development, and status reporting.</li>\n<li>Overview peer reviewing and unit testing practices</li>\n<li>Gathers new user and business requirements, maps them to appropriate technical solutions and estimates the associated authoring tasks.</li>\n<li>In charge of presentations to clients, directly working with other groups such as Creative, Business and Technology.</li>\n<li>Ensures concise and clear documentation is maintained by all peers for the projects as dictated by each Capability’s guidelines and best practices.</li>\n<li>Creates training programs for technologies within fields of expertise.</li>\n<li>Actively participates in Capability activities and initiatives.</li>\n<li>Act as a web content lead in a project and point of contact for other members of the team.</li>\n<li>Be involved in the recruiting process and perform interviews when needed.</li>\n<li>Participate actively in client meetings and technical discussions.<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>You Have</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>\nAt least<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">6 years of experience working with AEM, along with leadership experience guiding teams.</span>\n</li>\n<li>\nThe ideal candidate has a solid understanding of<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)</span><span> </span>and experience applying SEO best practices to optimize content.\n</li>\n<li>\nStrong problem-solving skills are very important especially when it comes to<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">debugging, troubleshooting.</span>\n</li>\n<li>\nExperience<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">automating or improving processes</span><span> </span>to boost efficiency\n</li>\n<li>\nSomeone who genuinely enjoys<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span>mentoring others,</span><span> </span>building strong cross-functional relationships, and fostering open communication.\n</li>\n<li>\nComfort with<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">change, proactive mindset.</span>\n</li>\n<li>Collaborative and solution-oriented person</li>\n<li>Proficiency with data transfer formats and protocols popular in web applications (e.g. JSON, XML, HTTP).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of popular JavaScript frameworks and cross-browser compatibility.</li>\n<li>Experience with Front-End technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).</li>\n<li>Knowledge of pre-processed CSS styling (SASS, LESS).</li>\n<li>Work experience implementing SEO guidelines and best practices to CMS pages.</li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting, debugging and doing root cause analysis of web platform issues.</li>\n<li>Capable of designing and choosing a quality assurance process for the project including guidelines for unit tests, load testing, performance testing.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of recent development patterns and practices (Mobile First, MVC, Object Oriented development).</li>\n<li>Desirable: BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline; or equivalent experience as Software Developer.</li>\n<li>Desirable: Experience in Digital Agencies projects, Web development projects, SCRUM/Agile software projects.</li>\n<li>Desired: SCRUM Fundamentals Certification or equivalent practical experience.</li>\n<li>Desired: Six Sigma Fundamentals Certification or equivalent practical experience.</li>\n<li>Advanced<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English Proficiency<span> </span></span>(B2+ reading, writing, and conversation).</li>\n</ul>",
