    "description": "<p>The Product Operations Specialist will be working on our brands:<span> </span><span>Pixartprinting and EasyFlyer.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Main Responsabilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform operational maintenance of websites for different brands using required management software.</li>\n<li>Configure products using various software tools to ensure accurate representation and functionality.</li>\n<li>Utilize internal software to configure merchandise according to specifications.</li>\n<li>Assist in the introduction and release of new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with product management and development teams to ensure smooth operations.</li>\n<li>Create and edit product templates using Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly product launch targets.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English, Italian is a plus.</li>\n<li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) is required.</li>\n<li> Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.</li>\n<li> Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms is beneficial.</li>\n<li>Understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO is a plus.</li>\n<li>Ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing content.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is desirable.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.</li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving abilities to handle complicated situations and find creative solutions.</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented working style with the ability to multitask and stay organized is required.</li>\n<li>Fast learner who can adapt to changing situations.</li>\n<li><span>Display time flexibility to meet project deadlines.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Personal characteristics:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong change management skills to adapt to evolving business needs.</li>\n<li>Effective communication skills.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work with attention to detail and accuracy.</li>\n<li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li>\n</ul>",
