Location : Hauraki / Waikato

Conduct Whānau Hauora Assessments and support whānau to access appropriate services.
Carry out outreach activities, including cold calling and follow-up engagement.
Collaborate with community organisations and contribute to service quality improvement.
Maintain accurate reporting and uphold privacy, health and safety standards.
We are looking for someone who has:
Health-related experience and a passion for working with whānau
Strong relationship-building and networking skills
Confidence working in outreach environments, including telephone engagement or cold calling
Strong IT skills, including the ability to accurately enter and manage data
Social media skills to support engagement and health promotion
Experience as a Health Care Assistant or Kaiāwhina is an advantage
Familiarity with community health initiatives
Why join us?
Be part of a kaupapa-driven organisation committed to equity and wellbeing
Make a meaningful impact in the lives of tamariki and their whānau
Work in a supportive, inclusive team environment where your mahi matters
