CDI values a people-first culture and encourages flexible scheduling to help each team member reach their ideal work-life balance.</align-center><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></u></p><p>· Plan and coordinate bridge inspections according to FHWA and owner requirements.</p><p>· Collaborate with engineers, designers, clients and stakeholders to communicate inspection results.</p><p>· Plan for bridge inspections including necessary inspection equipment, sketches, safety devices and coordinating safety vehicles as required.</p><p>· Ensure compliance with CDI’s safety procedures.</p><p>· Document findings from visual and physical bridge inspections.</p><p>· Assessment of bridges noting severity of damage, deterioration, load carrying capacity and weight inspections.</p><p>· Advise on immediate repair and long-term strategies.</p><p>· Prepares bridge inspection forms and reports under the directions of Bridge PM. Enters inspection data, requests reports, and analyzes information.</p>",
