Pier Sixty-Six invites dedicated, energetic, and polished hospitality enthusiasts eager for growth and stardom to join our team and enjoy highly competitive wages, comprehensive benefits, and a culture that honors and respects you. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We currently have an opportunity for a well-rounded and seasoned <strong>Barista PT </strong>to join our Pier Sixty-Six Resort team! </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Craft and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cup.</li>\n <li>Provide personalized service to guests, taking orders with diligence and offering recommendations based on their preferences.</li>\n <li>Masterfully prepare a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and seasonal offerings.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, equipment, and serving areas, in accordance with health and safety standards.</li>\n <li>Uphold the highest standards of beverage quality and presentation, adhering to established recipes and techniques.</li>\n <li>Assist in inventory management, including stocking and replenishing coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain the grab and go marketplace offerings. </li>\n <li>Collaborate with other food and beverage team members to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a passion for coffee and a commitment to excellence, embodying the luxury resort's brand values and standards.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the overall guest experience by delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments through genuine hospitality.</li>\n <li>Notify Supervisors immediately of any product shortages or out-of-stock items.</li>\n <li>Record all transactions in the InfoGenesis system at time of order accurately.</li>\n <li>Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages.</li>\n <li>Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day</li>\n <li>Complete closing duties, including restocking items to set par levels, turning off lights, etc.</li>\n <li>Present physical and accurate check to guests and process payments</li>\n <li>Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.</li>\n <li>Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to resort standards.</li>\n <li>Anticipate and address guests` service needs.</li>\n <li>Speak with others using a clear and professional language.</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support your team to reach common goals.</li>\n <li>Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.</li>\n <li>Thank guests with genuine appreciation.</li>\n <li>Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individual</li>\n <li>Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English. </li>\n <li>Must have effective communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to implement and uphold service standards. </li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments. </li>\n <li>Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the resort. </li>\n <li>Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations. </li>\n <li>Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience, Education, & Licensure</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED recommended.</li>\n <li>Some College experience or Degree recommended.</li>\n <li>Must be TIPS certified or become certified within 30 days of hire.</li>\n <li>Must have a current Food Handlers card.</li>\n <li>Previous barista experience in a professional setting is preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a valued member of the CoralTree team, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Group medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.</li>\n <li>Participation in a pre-tax flexible benefit plan for healthcare and dependent care reimbursement</li>\n <li>An employee assistance program</li>\n <li>Paid time off/sick time</li>\n <li>Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match  </li>\n <li>Complimentary team member meals</li>\n <li>Complimentary room nights at CoralTree Hospitality managed properties                                                                                                                                                                                                   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Join us in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, building vibrant communities, and shaping the future of travel and hospitality. #piersixtysixresort </p>\n<p> </p>",
