          "text": "<p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><p>You will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvements projects and deployment of quality Core Tools. Enhance product quality and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a strong background in quality management, process improvement and problem-solving methodology at Manufacturing facility.<br>\n&#xa0;</p><p><strong>How You Will Do It</strong></p><ul><li>Lead Quality improvement Projects: Manage and execute problems solving projects aimed at main KPI’s (Internal and External) and focus on customer complaints reduction.</li><li>Core Tools Implementation: Lead the implementation and management of quality core tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) across the manufacturing organization.</li><li>Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.</li><li>Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.</li><li>Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to team members on problem solving methodologies, application of quality 14Q basics and core tools.</li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of process improvements.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of process changes, improvements, quality processes, procedures and project outcomes.</li><li>Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the impact of improvements.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure all processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, promoting best practices, innovative solutions and developing roads maps quality.</li></ul>",
