          "text": "<p>The People &amp; Culture Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic People &amp; Culture partnership, leadership, and oversight for assigned EQX clubs within the NYC market. This role reports directly to the People &amp; Culture Regional Director and will have a heavy presence within the local NYC clubs while also working from a home office.</p><p>The People &amp; Culture Business Partner is a strategic business partner who helps the region achieve its goals by being an advocate, change leader, and champion for inspiring achievement in our employee teams.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Shape the employee experience by proactively addressing risk, , resolving conflict, and &#xa0;strengthening team relationships (30-50%)</li><li>Scale club leadership: action planning and talent assessments (15-20%)</li><li>Execute corporate programs and other initiatives developed by the central People &amp; Culture team (15 – 20%)</li><li>Coach club management: day-to-day development of people manager skills and competencies (10 – 15%)</li><li>Gauge club culture and employee sentiment, escalating key themes and incidents through established feedback loops (10%)</li><li>Synthesize trends and insights across clubs and escalate key themes to the Employee Relations Team Lead.</li><li>Generate and interpret HR data reports as necessary.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>3+ years of Human Resources experience with an emphasis in employee relations/generalist HR.&#xa0;Experience supporting a large, multi-site field population preferred.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related discipline.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.</li><li>Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Proven experience in dealing with complex employee relations issues (EEO, FLSA, etc.) in partnership with Legal and P&amp;C leaders. Ability to solve conflicts in a positive and fair manner.&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.&#xa0;Ability to set priorities and organize time.
