          "text": "<p>Salesforce.com Specialist-</p><p><span>The salesforce.com specialist will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our CRM platform.<br /><br />This individual will be an integral member of the Sales and Marketing Technology team -- within Mutual Funds IT -- working with peers (internal and external) to develop and maintain a world class CRM platform.<br /><br />The incumbent will work closely with the business to ensure our technology aligns with their requirements and will support the growth of the firm.<br /><br />Primary duties and responsibilities will include:<br />    Acting as a salesforce.com administrator<br />    Acting as a support point-of-contact for our users<br />    Managing various data loading activities in and out of salesforce.com<br />    Performing salesforce.com training (in-person, virtual)<br />    Providing technical guidance and feasibility of CRM solutions<br />    Working closely with our 3rd party production support provider for salesforce.com<br />    Performing testing on salesforce.com releases<br />    Acting as internal subject matter expert on salesforce.com<br />    Working closely with both our salesforce.com technical lead and our website technical lead on miscellaneous projects<br /><br />The ideal candidate should possess:<br />    At least 2 years of expert experience administering salesforce.com<br />    At least 2 years of experience with the salesforce.com Apex Data Loader or other data loading tools (Workbench, Excel Connector, etc.)<br />    Knowledge of 3rd party salesforce.com data integration tools such as Informatica, Demand Tools, etc.<br />    Familiarity with Lightning helpful<br />    Familiarity with Wave helpful<br />    Experience reviewing, configuring and supporting AppExchange apps (Conga, etc.)<br />    Working knowledge of Apex and Visualforce<br />    Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator certification<br />    Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo<br />    Experience working with offshore vendors preferred<br />    Superior testing and quality control skills<br />    Strong training and development skills<br />    Strong public speaking/interpersonal skills<br />    Technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience<br />    Ability and willingness to travel, as required</span></p><p><b><br /></b><strong><b><span>2+ to 5 years experience</span></b></strong><br /><br /></p>",
