(includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes)</li><li>Perform technical scopes of work with hands and tools per client specifications</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather</li><li>May be required to work long and unpredictable hours</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Requirements of Position:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Two to four years&rsquo; experience managing or supervising a civil construction crew</li><li>Civil tower construction and quality assurance practices and procedures</li><li>General site construction and minor electrical experience preferred</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, comprehend and carry out instructions</li><li>Ability to operate equipment such as excavators and skid steers is a plus</li><li>Concrete experience is a plus</li><li>Underground experience a plus</li><li>Ability to motivate, lead, teach and train on proper work and safety procedures</li><li>Work as a part of a team with the ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships/communication within a small group of co-workers</li><li>Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems</li><li>Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment</li><li>Identify essential materials and tools to carry out scope of work according to client and industry methods of procedures (MOP)</li><li>Ability to operate tools of trade (hand and power tools and test gear)</li><li>Prioritize and organize work to maximize time efficiency with given deadlines</li><li>Perform Job Safety Analysis, promote team safety and proper PPE with risk mitigation</li><li>Computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook)</li></ul><p><strong>Required Certifications (We can train you)</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>OSHA 30 in Construction</li><li>RF Awareness Certification</li><li>CPR/First Aid</li><li>Bloodborne Pathogens</li><li>HazCom</li><li>Confined Space</li><li>Harassment per CA</li></ul><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>This position supervises and performs construction work associated with the civil portion of cell tower site construction. This includes digging, trenching, pouring foundations, setting posts and mounting equipment. The Civil Foreman is also responsible for ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supervise the installation of all aspects of wireless cell site foundations, grounding and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable</li><li>Review all documentation to prepare for the build, assemble the necessary materials, and determine required installation methods</li><li>Assist with general landscaping, constructing and pouring concrete, and layout and typing re-bar</li><li>Set shelters</li><li>Ensure safety for self and crew members</li><li>Train and mentor crew members</li><li>Prepare preliminary close-out documents</li><li>Review and ensure that all time entered by crew is correct</li></ul><p>If you are interested in becoming part of the X3 family where our commitment to community, integrity, and longevity is our guarantee in exchange for your pledge to safety, quality, work-ethic, and growth, we would like to hear from you.
