This role involves supervising operatives and subcontractors, coordinating resources and maintaining strong compliance, workmanship and operational performance on site.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role</span></span></p>\n<p>Sapphire Utility Solutions are seeking a Lining Engineer to join the team and to grown and progress their career in the utilities sector working for a growing company.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Kinmel Bay</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours: </span>50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>Up to £16.00 per hour, depending on experience</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pension</li>\n<li>Death in service</li>\n<li>21 Days Holidays plus bank holidays<br></li>\n<li>Friendly work Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities – but not limited to:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working on the back of cutting unit assisting and learning how to use and maintain the cutting unit</li>\n<li>Working with patching and lining teams to pick up various repair methods so they can move around the teams and eventually runs a van across all contracts (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Setting up traffic management (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Confined spaces entry (Training will be provided)</li>\n<li>Risk assessments and updating work packs</li>\n<li>The operative will be expected to be flexible picking up overtime if required and the occasional weekend</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience and qualifications desirable required for the role:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>To be flexible in their working approach</li>\n<li>To be able to cover long distances by foot</li>\n<li>The desire to progress within the company</li>\n<li>Knowledge of utilities and traffic management (not essential)</li>\n<li>Full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will get in return:</span></p>\n<p>In joining Sapphire Utility Solutions as part of the Lanes Group - the UK’s largest independent provider, we are committed to fostering a workplace culture that prioritises the well-being, growth, and safety of our employees.
