This is a stable, extended assignment with a well-established contractor — not a short-term gig. We value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive workplace for all employees.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate a water truck on an active civil construction site to support dust control, compaction, and site grading operations</li>\n <li>Coordinate water application with grade checkers, equipment operators, and crew supervisors to keep the project on schedule</li>\n <li>Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; identify and report mechanical issues promptly</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate driver logs and DOT documentation per federal and company requirements</li>\n <li>Participate in daily tailgate safety meetings and all required site safety training</li>\n <li>Support general site logistics as needed throughout the project</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Valid Class A CDL license required</li>\n <li>Current DOT medical card required</li>\n <li>Experience operating a water truck on civil construction, grading, or earthwork projects strongly preferred</li>\n <li>Minimum 3,000 hours CDL driving experience preferred; experienced candidates at all levels encouraged to apply</li>\n <li>Tanker endorsement a plus</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service and pre-trip inspection requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to work in all weather conditions and maintain a consistent schedule on a long-term project</li>\n <li>Clean driving record required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>What You'll Need</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Valid Class A CDL with current medical card</li>\n <li>OSHA 10 preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<p>The comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability insurance, and a Vested 401k with immediate employer matching.
