font-size: 15px\">Responsible for implementing, maintaining and evaluating the company's email and printed mail marketing strategy while maintaining LINC’s brand and mission.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Work closely with LINC team to manage and build a marketing strategy for emails and printed mail. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Communicate with team to build relevant and engaging emails and printed newsletters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Design, create and schedule emails for: </span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Newsletters</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Campaigns and Events </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">End of Year Giving </span></li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Collaborate with CEO to ensure emails maintain brand image </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Learn and utilize email features in our NeonCRM. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Work closely with Account Manager to ensure donors’ contact information and email audience labels are current prior to sending emails or mailed items</span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Keep address list updated for Printed Mail Only donors and communicate directly with third party printer</span></li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Develop and present email marketing reports to Board of Directors quarterly.</span>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Review engagements, clicks, donations, unsubscribed, etc. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Update Marketing Analytics document monthly with email analytics</span></li>\n</ol>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Utilize Google Suite and NeonCRM to communicate with LINC team for strategic planning and scheduling of all marketing efforts</span></li>\n</ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Excellent communication, multitasking, creative and analytical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Critical thinker and problem-solving skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Excellent time-management skills, exceptional organizational and technical skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Proven work experience in social media marketing, content management, digital design, and/or email marketing strategy. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on LINC’s success</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar field</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Proven work experience with social media platforms, similar marketing platforms, and/or digital design role</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Solid experience coordinating successful marketing campaigns</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Technology skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Content Writing/Graphic Design experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: 15px\">Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;
