You’ll also lead efforts to achieve energy-efficient building solutions and help operators improve their ability to safely and effectively manage the data center. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why We Need You</strong>:</p>\n<p>In this role, you will exercise independent judgment to develop and document system designs from concept plans and technical design criteria and interprets and utilizes information set forth in basis of design as well as information gathered from users, project partners, field surveys, and code research.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>BSEE or BSAE required.</li>\n <li>4+ years of electrical engineering experience required.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of critical data center electrical and mechanical equipment / systems.</li>\n <li>Minimum 2 years of experience designing colocation data center and/or mission critical facilities.</li>\n <li>PE License or ability to become licensed.</li>\n <li>Expertise in computer operation for engineering design programs (i.e. Revit MEP, AutoCAD, SKM PowerTools, ETAP, Navisworks) preferred. </li>\n <li>Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards, including National Electrical Code (NEC) and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Required Knowledge and Skills</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong spoken and written communications skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent organization and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes.</li>\n <li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.</li>\n <li>Effective working individually and within team environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>When you work here, you can expect:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>A flexible, collaborative environment where your well-being matters—because your best work happens when you’re supported.</li>\n <li>Real opportunities to grow—through mentorship, professional development programs, and exposure to high-impact projects across disciplines.</li>\n <li>To collaborate with inspiring teammates who challenge the status quo, foster innovation, and pave the way for future leaders.</li>\n <li>A benefits package that offers health, dental, vision, and retirement, a performance-based year-end bonus, and thoughtful perks tailored to your needs—whether that's a flexible work environment, wellness resources, or community-focused initiatives, we’ll continue to invest in.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Estimated Starting Salary Range: $90,000 - $152,000.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If this dynamic environment and the chance to contribute to transformative projects resonate with your ambitions, we would love to connect with you.
