    "description": "<p>We're looking for a Jr. Solutions Engineer to join our team! The Jr. Solutions Engineer will work closely with our sales team to be the key technical advisor and product advocate for Zenlayer’s solutions. Our ideal candidate will have data center networking experience, as well as strong customer facing skills in order to lead deployments, implementations, and integrations of our product lines.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing technological support, product demonstrations, and creating solution proposals.</li>\n<li>Creating pre-sale tools and documentation.</li>\n<li>Consolidating customer needs and convey requirements to Product Management conveying</li>\n<li>Leading deployments, implementations and integrations with the after-sales delivery team to ensure on-time and accurate project delivery.</li>\n<li>Accompanying the Sales team to visit customers and explore new business opportunities.</li>\n<li>Responding to functional and technical elements of RFI’s/RFP’s.</li>\n<li>Owning customer journey for creating a successful proof of concept (POC).</li>\n<li>Training the sales on Zenlayer products.</li>\n<li>Providing periodic reports on Industry trends and market competition.</li>\n<li>Additional tasks as deemed necessary by the supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Networking relevant major.</li>\n<li>1-3 years of data center, networking, colocation, or related experience</li>\n<li>Foundational understanding of networking technology, including: LAN and WAN technologies, Switching and routing, Security (Firewalls and Filtering technologies), Cloud Hosting infrastructure architectures within, data center, and SDWAN industries.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills to be a bridge between customers and engineering team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Zenlayer:</span></p>\n<p><span>Zenlayer is the first massively distributed edge cloud provider, operating 290+ Points of Presence across 70+ countries.
