    "description": "<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented <strong>Intelligence Planner</strong> to join our team at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE)</strong>, supporting the <strong>480</strong><strong>th</strong><strong> ISR Wing (480 ISRW)</strong>. The Intelligence Planner will play a critical role in <strong>Collection Management</strong>, <strong>ISR Planning</strong>, and <strong>Operational Support</strong> to ensure mission success. This position requires expertise in intelligence planning, operational coordination, and the ability to integrate ISR capabilities into mission objectives effectively. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute <strong>Collection Management</strong> and <strong>ISR Planning</strong> strategies to support operational and strategic objectives. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure seamless integration of ISR capabilities into mission planning. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide detailed planning and support for ISR operations, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and priorities. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence planning efforts. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain proficiency in ISR tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge intelligence solutions. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Experience / </strong><strong>Education:</strong> 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 year with PhD</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency in <strong>Collection Management</strong>, <strong>ISR Planning</strong>, and operational-level intelligence support. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Security Clearance:</strong> Active <strong>Top Secret/SCI</strong> clearance is required. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience supporting <strong>480 ISRW</strong> or similar ISR organizations. </li>\n <li>DOD 8140 compliance based on DCWF code 111, Basic level</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>ISR Collection Management</strong> and operational-level intelligence planning. </li>\n <li>Completion of a commercial, military, or U.S. Government <strong>intelligence planning training course</strong> or specialized certification. </li>\n <li>Familiarity with advanced intelligence planning tools and methodologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prior experience mentoring or training junior personnel in intelligence planning.</li>\n <li><strong>Desired</strong><strong><strong> L</strong>evel:</strong> At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.</li>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or have associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years, as a substitute to the bachelor’s degree.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be part of a mission-critical team supporting the <strong>U.S. Air Force's ISR operations</strong>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Work in a dynamic and collaborative environment at <strong>Joint Base Langley-Eustis</strong>, a hub for Air Force intelligence and operational excellence. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Access to professional development opportunities and career growth within the intelligence community. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#AFACC</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Peraton Overview</h2>\n<p>Peraton is a next-generation national security company that drives missions of consequence spanning the globe and extending to the farthest reaches of the galaxy. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
