Our customers are engineers, scientists, and innovators building the technologies of tomorrow—and your work will help make that possible.</p>\n<p>👉 <a href=\"http://www.protocase.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">www.protocase.com</a></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the Opportunity</span></p>\n<p>Join our growing Wilmington production team and help assemble the custom enclosures and hardware systems that power innovation around the world.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are currently hiring for multiple shifts to support our operations:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7:00 AM – 3:00 PM</li>\n<li>3:00 PM – 11:00 PM</li>\n<li>11:00 PM – 7:00 AM</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assemble and finish custom enclosures, parts, and components according to customer specifications.</li>\n<li>Test and package completed units to ensure they meet strict quality standards before shipping.</li>\n<li>Receive incoming materials and maintain accurate inventory records.</li>\n<li>Prepare outgoing shipments and ensure orders are packed and shipped according to company procedures.</li>\n<li>Test and troubleshoot products to ensure quality, performance, and reliability before delivery to customers.<br></li>\n<li>Prepare and package products carefully to ensure they arrive safely and meet our high presentation standards.</li>\n<li>Work closely with team members to meet production targets and solve day-to-day challenges.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with company safety policies.</li>\n<li>Participate in hands-on training and skill development as part of a growing production team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About You</span><br></p>\n<p>Our ideal candidate is a hands-on, reliable team player who enjoys working with tools, building things, and producing high-quality work.
