    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Academy Coach will support &amp; help drive a culture of excellence and long-term development within the entire club environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Below are the core elements of a successful Academy Head Coach candidate&rsquo;s profile:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enthusiastic for the opportunity that this role presents</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional work ethic: minimum commitment of 40 hours per week; nights, weekends, odd hours</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Exceptional interpersonal skills, marked by; honesty, empathy, and service</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">USSF B License (or foreign equivalent)</li><li>3+ years of coaching experience at the U13 age group or older in a high performance environment and/or playing experience of the same level/standard</li><li>Proficient in the use of Performance Analysis Tools and present the findings in a team environment to drive the development of players and team.</li><li>A valid drivers license</li><li>Clear criminal background check</li><li>Eligible to live and work in the United States of America</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This person will be responsible for delivering team sessions. Additionally, the Academy Head Coach is expected to work closely with the rest of</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">the MDT to develop, implement and update each players IDP. Following along with that role the Academy Head Coach will work closely with</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">the rest of coaching staff to insure our best possible opportunity to develop across the age groups. Detailed responsibilities are as follows:</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Macro - Yearly</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In conjunction with the Academy staff, assess &amp; evaluate the strength and depth of the squad</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Research and develop trends in the game and provide solutions for the best path forward with regard to our game model, pedagogy, and</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">player pool.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meso - 8 Week Block</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reflect on the impact of previous training blocks with Academy Staff and MDT: with relation to predetermined KPI&#39;s</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In conjunction with the Academy Staff, plan the next 8 week block with taking into account the reflection of the previous 8 weeks</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Micro - Week</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">100% Attendance: team training sessions, matches, staff meetings, and other team/club events</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Meet weekly with the Academy staff</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop &amp; run team sessions, based on the next step in implementing the style of play, with taking into account the past performance of the</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">team and future opponent</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collate, analyze, and produce actionable plans based on the various data points collected across video analysis of opponents, video analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">of team &amp; individuals (training &amp; matches), style of play KPIs from games.
