    "description": "<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-size: 24pt\">Program Associate- Loyalty</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maisha Meds is hiring! </span><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent team member who would join the team with a key focus on championing our loyalty program in Tanzania. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">The ideal candidate </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">has experience in influencing excellence at multiple healthcare facilities, quality assurance experience in healthcare delivery, experience in public health or related space, ideally at the intersection of support for digital products space or a relatable field</span><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">This candidate enjoys a fast-paced working environment, loves working with multiple stakeholders, internal and external to Maisha Meds operations with the aim of championing a culture of collaboration to meet objectives. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">This candidate is also a customer-centric individual whose mission is to build strong relationships with our partner pharmacies making them champions of our Loyalty Programs. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">This candidate has strong communication skills and is driven to innovate new solutions on the go in response to customer needs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">This role will be based in one of the following regions: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tanga</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pwani</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mtwara</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lindi</span>, or <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ruvuma</span>, with frequent field travel required. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">You will report to the Programs Manager.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(25, 25, 25); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">The start date is <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">1 June 2026</span>, and compensation will be commensurate with experience.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Weekly review of transaction targets for the given region against targets and escalating envisaged shortfalls to the program manager and Associate Director, East Africa Programs</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Supporting the country program manager and Associate Director, East Africa Programs in piloting/implementation of different demand generation initiatives for the specific region</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Identifying opportunities for program growth specific to the assigned region and working with the country program manager and Associate Director, East Africa Programs on the exploration of the same</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Ensure facilities within the allocated region have the needed marketing materials</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Support in identifying possible compliance areas that may arise during program implementation, and ensure they are mitigated. This will be achieved through the following</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Planning and doing facility spot checks as part of the quality assurance review process </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Spot-checking any facility-specific outreaches and reporting back on observations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Champion initiatives to ensure periodic review and full compliance of partner facilities with statutory operating licenses and requirements set by relevant regulatory bodies.</span></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(29, 28, 29); font-size: 10pt\">Support the country program manager with any ad hoc tasks within the program on a need-by-need basis</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Overseeing program implementation and compliance across partner facilities within the assigned region.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinating partnerships with other organizations to promote new ways of increasing demand for the loyalty program in communities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collecting feedback from pharmacies on the loyalty program and iterating/refining insights to make them actionable and immediately useful for pharmaceutical clients and others in the global health space. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Administer surveys to pharmacies in the loyalty program or as directed by your supervisor</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"color: rgb(22, 145, 121); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Diploma in any medical field; Pharmacy, Clinical medicine, Nursing etc. A degree in Public health is an added advantage.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experiential qualifications, e.g. minimum of 1 year in the healthcare space</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable with technology</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning, feedback and continuous improvement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Humility and personal stability.
