Manages customer projects through various departments and provides on-going communication and support with internal and external clients to meet the objectives of the organization.&#xa0; Actively and positively support the overall culture of the organization.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: </strong></p><ul><li>Create and manage a coordinated project schedule from project outset to completion.</li><li>Prepare and issue project specific contracts and purchase orders.</li><li>Detailed knowledge of project requirements, including contracts: scope of work, drawings, specifications, schedule, budget and including the technical and administrative specifics.</li><li>Responsible for documenting all project events as necessary to establish a record specific to the projects.</li><li>Issue change order requests (typically provided by Change Order Estimator), follow up for timely receipt of customer change orders.&#xa0; Manage all change related issues on project.</li><li>Visit job as necessary and ensure that company interest and project expectations are being met.</li><li>Manage/monitor communication and coordination of project budgets with various internal and external departments.</li><li>Manage your time effectively as required to meet project demands.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by manager.</li></ul>",
