Description
ABOUT TRUDATARX
TruDataRx, Inc. uses objective clinical data to help clients improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the costs of pharmacy benefits for its members. We are independent from all players in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution industries, enabling us to best serve our clients. We value the following characteristics in our team members:
Outward Mindset – foundation of our culture, which influences the right behaviors, that leads to results Entrepreneurial – the ability to get things done with resources you don’t control Humility – deep comfort in knowing when you don’t know and asking questions Collaboration – we always give benefit of doubt that each person has something to contribute POSITION SUMMARY
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing technology-related projects across the organization. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company goals. The TPM manages project lifecycles, anticipates risks, facilitates communication, and drives accountability across cross-functional teams. The TPM must also maintain a sharp focus on strategic objectives, effectively prioritizing and 'seeing through the noise' of a fast-moving, sometimes scrappily resourced environment to ensure project outcomes are always aligned with company goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, own, and autonomously manage the full lifecycle of multiple concurrent technical projects, from initial scoping through successful, end-to-end implementation (e.g., Prior Auth platform, CRM, member portal tools, call center platform, etc.) Partner with Chief Analytics Officer, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and subject matter experts to document Project Briefs describing project goals, product requirements, user stories Bridge communication between end users and engineering on business needs and priorities Drive the technical aspects of client implementations, defining requirements and project plans for client security assessments, custom file exchanges, API integration, etc. Track project tasks, timelines, KPIs, and outcomes to drive project success Help facilitate executive technology prioritization meetings, sprint backlog grooming, and tech standups Create product operational documentation, SOPs, training materials, user guides Participate in hands-on execution of technical projects, as skills allow; e.g., SaaS product configuration, product testing, data analysis, etc. Assist in conducting user training and user support
