You&rsquo;ll provide friendly and efficient customer service, assist with unloading donations, maintain a clean and safe site, and ensure all donations are processed responsibly and in line with Goodwill&rsquo;s mission and values.</p><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Greet donors promptly and courteously, assisting with unloading donations and providing tax receipts.</li><li>Accurately record donor information and maintain daily donation counts.</li><li>Sort donations into appropriate categories (saleable, salvage, or trash).</li><li>Keep the donation site clean, organized, and safe at all times.</li><li>Safeguard all donated items and ensure proper use of equipment and supplies.</li><li>Support transportation or site operations as needed and report any safety or maintenance concerns.</li></ul><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Need:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.</li><li>Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.</li><li>Excellent customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, evenings, weekends, or different locations.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform tasks requiring bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to forty (40) pounds with no support regularly. Over forty (40) pounds request for additional team member assistance as needed.</li><li>Able to perform tasks that require repetitive motion.
