This role is ideal for individuals with previous coaching experience, whether in volleyball or other sports, and a track record of working with young athletes. This coaching position will lead teams and contribute to program development.<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:<br><br></span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lead Coaching:</span> Plan and conduct engaging and well-structured training sessions (provided by the club), focusing on intermediate to advanced skill development, game strategy, and teamwork.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mentorship:</span> Provide guidance and mentorship to junior volleyball coaches, helping them develop their coaching skills.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Individual Development:</span> Identify and nurture the unique strengths of each kid, offering personalized feedback and support to help them excel.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Game Day Leadership:</span> Serve as the lead coach on game days, focusing on competitive play and sportsmanship.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaborative Leadership:</span> Work closely with the coaching team to align on program goals and strategies.
