Senior</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overseeing the creation of technical design solutions and/or studies.</li>\n <li>Providing technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record (EOR) for the development of electrical engineering designs, studies, and solutions.</li>\n <li>Being part of an integrated project team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Professional Engineer (PE) license.</li>\n <li>Experience in overseeing technical design solutions and/or studies.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide technical authority and direction as the Engineer of Record (EOR).</li>\n <li>Proficiency in electrical engineering designs and solutions.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively as part of an integrated project team.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Position Type</strong>: Full-Time, Exempt</p>\n<p><strong>Reporting</strong>: Reports to [Insert Supervisor/Manager Title]</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Specific responsibilities include:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible to oversee and direct the electrical engineering of projects in accordance with engineering best practices, company standards and in compliance with the National Electrical Code.</li>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager in establishing and preparing project budgets, project execution plans, construction cost estimates and project schedules.</li>\n <li>Execute the electrical engineering aspects of a project within the budget, schedule and quality as agreed with the Project Manager.</li>\n <li>Prepare engineering documents in the form of study reports, drawings and specifications that may be stamped and signed, as required.</li>\n <li>Prepare Addendums, Proposal Requests (PR) and Supplemental Instructions (SI) for projects.</li>\n <li>Provide mentoring and technical direction to Electrical Engineers, Designers and BIM/CAD Technicians.</li>\n <li>Attend meetings with clients and prepare meeting notes as appropriate.</li>\n <li>Coordinate communications in relation to electrical engineering with project team members, clients and the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).</li>\n <li>Coordinate design solutions with other technical disciplines within the integrated project team.</li>\n <li>Assist in quality assurance reviews for all project disciplines.</li>\n <li>Attend site visits for the purposes of investigation, survey and record of existing conditions.</li>\n <li>Uphold and promote the Bernhard brand by guaranteeing excellence in the execution of work and ensuring a positive client experience.</li>\n <li>Any other duties as assigned by Company Leadership.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This position is Full Time, Exempt, and reports to Lead Electrical Engineer, PE.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required Education, Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Required to have a Baccalaureate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.</li>\n <li>Required to have a Professional Engineering (PE) license.</li>\n <li>Five years' experience post PE license award.</li>\n <li>Required experience with the design of large commercial projects.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).</li>\n <li>Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.</li>\n <li>Clean Driving Record.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Well versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education, Experience and Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of healthcare projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of Higher Education projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience with the design of Central Energy Plant (CEP) electrical infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in the design of medium voltage protection and power distribution systems.</li>\n <li>Preferred experience in the design of paralleled generator systems at medium voltage and below.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>10-20% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting
