The primary role of the Project Manager will be to lead and manage all field operations on their assigned projects, including but not limited to owner/client interaction, communication and administration, supervising project engineers, superintendents, foremen, managing subcontractors/vendors, quality control, pay applications, safety management, and equipment utilization/coordination.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br>Qualifications</span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br>•    Civil Project management experience: 3 years<br>•    Travel ability throughout the southeastern US (Required)<br>•    A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction is preferred (not required).<br>•    Knowledgeable of Municipal, City, and DOT construction, including underground utilities, grading, earthwork, roadwork, engineering plans, project planning, subcontractors, and procurement.<br>•    Knowledge of construction methods, inspections, and tests<br>•    30-hour OSHA certification is a plus<br>•    Ensures that projects are completed on time, in compliance, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.<br>•    Scheduling for profitable project completion includes preparing project schedules, weekly look-ahead schedules, and tracking progress for the appropriate completion of projects.<br>•    Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><br>Responsibilities<br>•    Strong Communication Skills and the ability to work with Clients.<br>•    Ensures that projects are completed on time, in compliance, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.<br>•    Scheduling coordination for profitable project completion including preparing global project schedules, weekly look-ahead schedules, and tracking progress for appropriate completion of projects.<br>•    Communicates with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.<br>•    Collaborates and attends meetings with management, engineering personnel, inspectors, clients, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve construction methods.<br>•    Following QA/QC protocol by inspecting work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adherence to construction schedules.<br>•    Prepares or reviews reports on progress, materials used, and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated.<br>•    Manage compliance with contract specifications and federal, state, and local environmental rules and regulations.<br><br>Benefits<br>•    Health insurance<br>•    Paid time off<br>•    Holiday pay</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>",
