This candidate will read and interpret blueprints, use measuring equipment, handle materials, troubleshoot, perform quality inspections, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\"><br></p><hr><hr><hr><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\"><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">&nbsp;</p><ul><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Previous fabrication experience preferred, but not required</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Experience with Cincinnati or Trumpf Press Brakes preferred, but not required.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Analytical and mathematical skills to interpret layouts and blueprints.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Ability to troubleshoot problems as they occur.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Physical requirements &ndash; candidate must stand for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively. &nbsp;Must have good balance along with hand-eye-foot coordination.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Required to have their own tools (caliper, square, protractor, etc.)</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">Must be self-motivated, team player and have good written and oral communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">This is an in-person position, <strong>regular attendance is required</strong>.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\"><br></p><hr><hr><hr><hr><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;line-height:normal;\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each skill satisfactorily.
