    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></strong></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assists with admission process by taking initial vital signs, measurements and weights, orienting patient/family to unit, hospital facilities and services, and documenting appropriately per unit standards.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Delivers patient care promptly, accurately and according to unit standards, policies and procedures, as well as patient&rsquo;s plan of care. Contributes relevant and appropriate information to RN. Maintains confidentiality of patient related issues. Supports the Patient Bill of Rights and Hospital Mission and Values. Participates in meeting and reinforcing patient&rsquo;s educational needs, documents accordingly.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assists physician and/or nurse with procedures.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrates knowledge of sterile technique</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">May perform EKGs if trained</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Monitors and accurately records patient intake and output. Reports changes in patient&rsquo;s status (e.g., changes in vital signs, level of consciousness, weight, mobility status, comfort level, feeding pattern or any unusual occurrences) to RN in a timely manner.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Assists patient with routine activities of daily living: feeding, bathing, ambulating and skin care according to policy and documents appropriately.</span></p><ul><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills appropriate to the age, type and development level of patients.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Answers call lights timely and intervenes appropriately.
