    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">This role offers a consistent daytime schedule this summer (9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and transitions to a split-shift schedule during the school year (6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.), allowing for a mid-day break. <strong>Once moved into a split-shift, </strong><strong>all hours worked with a split schedule will receive a $2.00 per hour add-on incentive.&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The Assistant Teacher, an essential role in advancing our mission, helps to create a nurturing, inclusive and engaging environment where children can safely learn, grow and thrive.
