🎯 The Opportunity
This is not a maintenance role.
This is territory growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
You will:
Develop and execute a territory growth strategy focused on high-value referral relationships Identify, pursue, and convert new referral sources (hospitals, clinicians, case managers, providers, community organizations) Build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results Research emerging markets and industry trends to stay ahead of competitors Collaborate with Marketing to ensure strong brand presence and market positioning Support Admissions with high-quality inbound referrals Track pipeline activity and performance metrics in Salesforce Evaluate and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets You are the face of Sunshine Behavioral Health in your territory.
