    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Maintenance Technician / Electrical Mechanic</span></p>\n<p><br>We are seeking a skilled Technician to join a growing precision manufacturing company supporting a wide range of industries including automotive, medical, and advanced electronics. This role plays a critical part in keeping complex equipment running efficiently and supporting a major facility consolidation initiative.</p>\n<p> <br>This is a hands-on opportunity working with a diverse mix of advanced manufacturing equipment, offering strong exposure to electrical systems, automation, and mechanical troubleshooting.</p>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot a wide variety of manufacturing equipment (such as lasers, cnc machines, robotic welders etc..)</li>\n<li>Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including high-voltage components - most important skill set<br></li>\n<li>Collaborate with operators and team members to quickly resolve production issues</li>\n<li>Work across multiple machine types including CNC, robotics, and automated systems</li>\n<li>Assist with equipment relocation, installation, and setup during opening another location (within 15mins) in September</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">What You Bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n<li>Strong experience in electrical system diagnostics and troubleshooting, including PLCs, 480V systems, and 3-phase motors</li>\n<li>Mechanically inclined with problem-solving ability<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Compensation &amp; Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$30 to $39/hour DOE + 5% profit share bonus</li>\n<li>Annual reviews/raises</li>\n<li>Health/Vision/Dental benefits</li>\n<li>401k with company match</li>\n<li>14 days PTO to start</li>\n<li>Paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">Why Join This Team</span> This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role during a major company transition.
