    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Assists the RDC Warehouse Manager with daily workload and resource planning and serves in a rotating lead role across outbound, inbound, and returns to support overall operations. Works with the Warehouse Operations Manager performing assignments/duties if the workload requires. Works in concert with transportation carriers, on the dock, to ensure accurate on-time deliveries and scheduled pick-ups. This is a hands-on position, and the Lead Warehouse Associate is expected to be a very strong contributor in their specific work area. &nbsp;The Lead Warehouse Associate is the first person to coach, assist, and motivate fellow Warehouse Associates.</p><p><br><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Coordinates Warehouse Associates and warehouse activities.</li><li>Trains Warehouse Associates and ensures they are compliant with established quality and established RDC processes and procedures within each warehouse function.</li><li>Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager to examine current methods and procedures, identifying best methods and practices, suggesting improvements, and implementing updated processes and procedures within the various warehouse areas.</li><li>Works with Warehouse Operations Manager ensuring that all warehouse functions and daily operational objectives are achieved in line with identified timelines and statistical goals.&nbsp;</li><li>Assists the Warehouse Operations Manager in developing daily workload and resource plans and serves in a rotating lead role across outbound, inbound, and returns departments to support overall operations.</li><li>Partners with RDC leadership to ensure successful execution and achievement of daily goals and objectives.</li><li>Relays direction and work assignments from the Warehouse Operations Manager to Associates.</li><li>Assists Warehouse Operations Manager to evaluate workload and designate personnel to work areas on a daily basis.</li><li>Assists the Warehouse Operations Manager in investigating receiving and other shipping discrepancies and packaging deficiencies.</li><li>Assists the Warehouse Leadership Team in resolving employee conflicts.</li><li>Ensures all safety rules and HazMat functions are observed by team members.</li><li>Required to work limited overtime (to include weekends) as needed.</li></ul><p><br><strong>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Assists in the sorting, processing, and distribution of completed orders to the outbound dock.</li><li>Operates terminals and printers associated with the outbound department.</li><li>Monitors the progress of all current transfer and Fuji Heavy Industries, Inc. (FHI) orders to maintain the workflow.</li><li>Monitors all warehouse processes to ensure that the standard operating procedures are followed.</li><li>Monitors level of all warehouse supplies.</li><li>Keeps warehouse clean and organized to ensure safe work conditions.</li><li>Helps Warehouse Operations Manager to maintain a daily time and attendance report for payroll.</li><li>Ensures associates follow proper packaging guidelines and suggests approximate corrections.</li><li>Performs all functions of a Warehouse Person as necessary.</li></ul><p><br><strong>REQUIRED SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 48px;\"><li>Analytical skills (as they relate to process improvement).</li><li>Problem solving skills.</li><li>Demonstrated communication, leadership, motivational, interpersonal, multi-tasking, time management, delegation organization, detail-oriented, and administrative skills.</li><li>Possesses previous warehouse experience.</li><li>Operates all warehouse equipment (material handling equipment, stretch wrap&nbsp;machine, air-controlled staple guns and any required packing machines).</li><li>Demonstrates ability to understand and operate various Radio Frequency warehouse devices.</li><li>Novice usability in standard Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Adapt to a flexible work schedule.</li></ul><p><br><strong>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS</strong>:&nbsp;High School Diploma. 2-4 years of related experience.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>WORK ENVIORNMENT</strong>: &nbsp;Ability to lift up to 50lbs<br><span>&nbsp;</span>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<br><strong>COMPENSATION</strong>:&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong>The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $47000- $68000 / year.
