The Work Comp Specialist may also be required to treat acute Physical and Occupational Therapy visits in an Athletico center or in the home. In addition to patient care, the WCS may allocate hours onsite at an employer performing, but not limited to the following: prevention consultations, workforce wellness initiatives, injury prevention training, job analysis, work station analysis, ergonomic risk assessments, post offer employment testing. Upon request, Work Comp Specialist may perform independent rehabilitation reviews.
