At AGCO Breganze, we are committed to the health and safety of our employees, customers, and the communities in which we operate. We are looking for an experienced Lean Specialist to work on identify, plan, support and execute activities to reduce and eliminate the wastes in order to improve the efficiency, quality, productivity and safety among the processes related. Methodologies and tools like Kaizen approach, 5S+1, SMED, TPM/OEE, VSM, Workbalance & Yamazumi, Shop Floor Management ( Visual management ), Problem Solving approach, LPA and others are very necessary to work within cross-functional teams, train people and support the initiatives
Your Impact:
Responsible for planning and implementing the required continuous improvement plan and work, verifying safety aspects, planning budgets, monitoring costs also through the management of work accounts, company policies and law compliance.
Propose strategies for the APS implementation defining technics, tools and approach in cooperation with the other team members and supporting the manager.
In charge of budgeting, data sheets and technical review with suppliers when necessary. Have to interface with other areas and departments to plan and execute the activities.
Responsible for updating the global dashboards and data systems Interface with external consultants.
Interface with AGCO Global partners and colleagues to share best practices and align the initiatives. Perform training and coaching.
Your Experience and Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Additional certifications such as Six Sigma, Problem Solving, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM) are a plus.
Strong communication, decision-making, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent planning, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
Demonstrates outstanding leadership skills and the ability to drive initiatives across teams.
Solid understanding of lean concepts and fluent proficiency in English.
