    "description_html": "<p><strong>Aviation/Aerospace Department</strong></p><p><strong>Overnight Shift - three 12-hour shifts</strong></p><p><strong>Friday - 6:00pm - 6:00am eastern time zone</strong></p><p><strong>Saturday - 6:00 pm - 6:00am eastern time zone</strong></p><p><strong>Sunday - 6:00 pm - 6:00am eastern time zone</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Under minimal guidance from the Director, the Logistics Coordinator is responsible cradle to grave work ideology, shipment scheduling, dispatching, planning, tracking, and communication.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answering phones and e-mails professionally and expediently.</li><li>Adequately assess Sales rep/ project manager needs and determine the reason for contact</li><li>During order input, adequately gather all relevant information</li><li>Effectively route packages based on customer specifications</li><li>Track and monitor all shipments with process updates at each step including possible setbacks such as delays, cancellations, field damage, etc.</li><li>Notify responsible parties for special services requests</li><li>Identifying opportunities for process improvements to augment the level of quality of service</li><li>Additional duties as assigned.</li><li>Work with external and internal clients to arrange, transport, and deliver their consignments.</li><li>Utilize our vendors and partners to provide timely, professional, and cost-effective solutions.</li><li>Utilize our TMS effectively and diligently.</li><li>Use your sense of urgency to identify, communicate, and solve problems.</li><li>Communicate effectively with Sales reps/project managers, coworkers, and management.</li><li>Have a familiarity with governmental compliance agencies such as the TSA and DOT.</li><li>Perform other duties as need.</li></ul>",
