In addition, the OT will assess students' functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to</span><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">promote student success and well-being. font-size: 10pt\">Provide direct therapy services to students based on Individual Education Programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Support students in developing fine motor, visual motor, visual perceptual, gross motor, core strength, sensory, and daily living skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Prepare and maintain records and reports as required for compliance with state, federal, and administrative regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative problem-solving conversations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and student support meetings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Recommend strategies, modifications, and accommodations to improve student participation and independence, including students with 504 plans</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assess student performance in meaningful activities relevant to daily life routines and the curriculum</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identify student abilities, educational, developmental, or functional needs with the Individual Education Program (IEP) team, and develop long and short-term goals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop a therapy intervention plan aligned with the IEP goals, objectives, and outcomes and implement it in appropriate settings and curricula</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate the implementation of goals and outcomes with the IEP team, including collaboration with general education teachers for pull-out services, when appropriate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Document findings, actions taken, and recommendations made regarding service areas and maintain records as required by the Department</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assist in developing student transition plans, programs, and goals, as applicable</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement training opportunities and in-services for educational staff, parents, and administrators, as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Monitor and adjust interventions based on student progress and data</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Stay current with best practices in school-based occupational therapy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Attend trainings, workshops, and continuing education as required by the school or licensing body</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including progress monitoring notes and service logs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
