  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Perform construction observation to ensure that work is being performed in accordance with approved plans and specifications.</li><li><!--block-->Conduct special inspections (reinforced concrete, prestressed concrete, masonry, etc.) and field-materials testing including soil compaction, concrete strength, and asphalt density testing.</li><li><!--block-->Record and document daily test results and observations and communicate findings with project management team.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare and organize test reports for different phases of the construction project.</li><li><!--block-->Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance and calibration to ensure accurate readings.</li></ul>",
