font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform station and machine setups as requested.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform production processes as outlined in written company procedures and/or as instructed by supervisor.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Operate and safely use equipment including, but not limited to, table saws, grinders, drill presses, presses, injection&nbsp;curing ovens.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Cut, shape, trim, and deburr materials and components to required specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Utilize adhesives and bonding materials in accordance with manufacturing procedures and safety requirements.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform identification marking of parts and assemblies using stamps and hammers.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Load and unload parts into presses and ovens for bonding and curing operations.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Inspect materials and completed work for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Accurately complete production work travelers and related production documentation.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Follow safety rules as written in the Safety Manual and discussed in Safety Meetings, including proper use of PPE and respirators.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Use manufacturing computer systems for timekeeping and project tracking.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Maintain clean and organized workstations and ensure tools/equipment are properly maintained and accounted for.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Perform daily cleanup and housekeeping duties as assigned.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Support team production goals and perform other duties as requested.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Job Specifications:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Education:</strong> HS Diploma/GED equivalent or a combination of equivalent relevant work experience required.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Years of Experience:</strong> 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Skills:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;
