Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge , located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are seeking an experienced and driven full-time Restaurant Manager with open availability to join our leadership team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional food and drinks, leading a high-performing team, and creating a memorable guest experience in a dynamic, high-energy environment, we want to hear from you! Max Hospitality is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience by offering high-quality food, creative menus, and attentive service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and eager to contribute to the success of our growing restaurant group. Max’s Tavern offers elevated American fare in a relaxed, upscale-casual setting, while Max’s Swing Lounge provides an innovative indoor golf experience featuring cutting-edge simulators, inventive cocktails, and lounge-style small plates. The two venues share a kitchen and service team, delivering seamless and elevated dining experiences. The ideal candidate is composed, personable, and able to manage the high-energy environment while ensuring a top-notch guest experience. This is a full-time, salaried role with a 50-hour work week, scheduled as five days on and two days off.
