    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proper selection and combination of foundations, pumps, and related equipment for specific jobs.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of tubing hook-ups to spools and reels, hydraulic hook-ups to reels and foundations.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify and&nbsp;communicate problems with reels, equipment, and spools.</li>\n <li>Operate and maintain all testing equipment associated with visual and dimensional inspection (Mic's).</li>\n <li>Complete all report forms for quality assurance shipping and receiving as required.</li>\n <li>Make minor repairs to equipment, hose fittings, counters, rollers, etc.</li>\n <li>Proper execution of all procedures that pertain to used tubing and waste fluid.</li>\n <li>Proper execution of all tube cutting procedures and use of cutting torch equipment.</li>\n <li>Qualified/trained for forklift ground guide, crane rigging, and qualified to operate forklift up to 70,000 lbs.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, utilize safe work habits.</li>\n <li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.</li>\n <li>1+&nbsp;years related experience and/or training; or equivalent&nbsp;combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Mechanical problem-solving ability and troubleshooting is a must.</li>\n <li>Knowledge in blueprint reading and precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, height gages, indicators and various transfer gages).</li>\n <li>Must be competent in the use of basic hand tools and other tools such as torque wrenches, impact guns, hydraulic torque machines, and air tools.</li>\n <li>Must possess a basic understanding of hydraulic systems.</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely drive/operate a forklift and must be able to safely operate a crane.</li>\n <li>Must possess basic computer skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.</li>\n <li>Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules on short notice.</li>\n <li>Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.</li>\n <li>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.</li>\n <li>Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.</li>\n <li>Ability to deal with problems involving&nbsp;a few concrete variables in standardized situations.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask in fast paced environment.</li>\n <li>Factory environment with large range in temperature changes.</li>\n <li>Ability to stand, walk, bend/stoop, push/pull and repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS:</strong> (visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest. &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
