Work in a state-of-the-art hospital performing advanced orthopedic procedures, managing diverse cases, and contributing to a supportive, mentorship-driven team.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>About Us</strong></p>\n<p>Our brand-new facility features:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>10 exam rooms and 3 surgical suites, including a dedicated orthopedic suite </li>\n <li>ICU with “fishbowl” office view, large outpatient and inpatient areas, dog run, quiet wards, and dedicated cat room </li>\n <li>grooming, and staff relaxation spaces </li>\n <li>Advanced imaging: CT, digital X-ray, ultrasound </li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are a daytime emergency hospital with same-day appointments (typically under an hour) and advanced orthopedic procedures including <strong>TPLO, fracture repair, and arthrodesis</strong>. Surgeons typically focus on orthopedics while collaborating with general practitioners and urgent care doctors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Team Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>14 highly skilled RVTs, including a technician with advanced dentistry training </li>\n <li>Doctors with specialized experience, including a neurology internship at UC Davis </li>\n <li>Collaborative, mentorship-driven culture with monthly and quarterly team meetings </li>\n <li>Community engagement with Astro Foundation and Grigsby Foundation </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Who We’re Looking For</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking an <strong>Orthopedic Surgeon</strong> who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is passionate about performing advanced orthopedic procedures.
