Reporting to the Program Manager, under close supervision, the role of the counselor is to provide support and assistance to clients in planning and attaining their goals. Special focus will be on the client&rsquo;s needs related to the housing, physical health, issues of chemical dependency and mental health, stabilization of income, and reentry back into the community. Services will be delivered with dignity and respect for each individual resident.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Establish a close working relationship with residents in the program.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Perform clinical duties, which will include individual counseling and facilitating house meetings and groups. Assist clients in crisis situations.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Supervise daily activities of clients, including performing support services that assist clients in everyday living skills.
