Foster a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Drive Project Execution Oversee project coordination, schedules, documentation, and customer communications. Ensure accurate and timely handoffs between departments. Monitor project progress and help resolve issues before they impact delivery. Improve Processes Standardize workflows and improve efficiency. Develop tools, reports, and processes that increase visibility and consistency. Identify opportunities to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Support Customers Ensure customers receive accurate information and timely updates. Build strong working relationships through dependable execution and communication. What We're Looking For: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience in project management, operations, manufacturing, steel fabrication, construction, or a related industry preferred.
