What is Required? </u></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Fill out the on-line application and a Company representative will call you to get the process started!</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have your own basic hand tools (Company provides major equipment such as diagnostic scan tools)</li>\r\n\t<li>You must have or be willing to get a Class 7 PA Inspection License</li>\r\n\t<li>You must have (or we will provide you free training to get):\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>Commercial Driver License (CDL) with Passenger, School Bus and Air Brake Endorsements.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have and maintain the following to be able to drive a school van or bus:\r\n\t<ul>\r\n\t\t<li>A satisfactory driving history based on review of state motor vehicle records</li>\r\n\t\t<li>A satisfactory criminal history and child abuse history checks as required by law and the Pennsylvania Department of Education.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Passing an initial and routine annual school bus driver physical w/ tuberculosis testing as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.</li>\r\n\t\t<li>Participate in and pass pre-employment and on-going random drug and alcohol testing throughout employment.</li>\r\n\t</ul>\r\n\t</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Maintenance mechanics play an essential role in the lives of our drivers and the children they serve.
