    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a dynamic Division Chief of Pediatric Hospital Medicine to provide strategic vision and leadership across all divisional missions, including inpatient care delivery, quality and safety, education, scholarly activity, and advocacy. Nemours Children’s Health – Delaware is the primary teaching hospital and clerkship site for the Pediatric Residency Program of Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University/Nemours Children’s Health, Delaware, and serves as a teaching site for hospital medicine trainees across the region. Applicants must have an academic record commensurate with appointment at the rank of Associate or Full Professor and be eligible for medical licensure in Delaware.</p><p>The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven leadership in inpatient pediatric care delivery, with direct responsibility for clinical operations, quality and safety performance, staffing and coverage models, and patient throughput. Experience leading care model innovation and system-level redesign—including the development of sustainable hospital medicine programs, operational efficiencies, and scalable inpatient care models that support growth—is essential.
