This role plays a key part in maintaining system integrity, resolving operational issues, and managing enhancements and change requests efficiently.</span></span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Serving as the primary liaison between CSC IT teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">7+ years of IT project management experience, preferably within transportation, tolling, or large transactional systems&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Strong understanding of back-office systems, CSC environments, and system integration workflows&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%;\">Experience managing Operations &amp; Maintenance (O&amp;M) environments and change control processes&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;
