If you do not have a valid APCAT result, please visit the link below to register for the APCAT exam on our website. Please do not submit an application to this Police Officer competition until you have successfully obtained a valid APCAT result.\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https://www.lethbridgepolice.ca/news/upcoming-recruiting-events/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">APCAT REGISTRATION</a></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Police officers will participate in the complete recruiting process and meet the same standards set out by the Police Selection and Employment Manual and provincial guidelines for recruiting.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">STEPS OF HIRING PROCESS</span></p>\n<p>All components of the selection process will be administered, scored, evaluated and interpreted in a fair and uniform manner. The duration of the process can take up to six months.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Application</li>\n<li>Download the Application Form and Personal Disclosure forms.
